Expanding the Horizons...

ok, so it's been awhile since my last post but with three kids and lots of stuff going on, blogging takes a backseat. things are slowing down over here now and i'm ready to start making some new stuff! i've been getting crafty with other things like decor for a friends bridal shower and helping with her wedding has got me thinking about more than just jewelry...and don't get me started with Pinterest!! ugh!! gets a crafty girl like me thinkin way too much. i do love it though, it's such an outlet for me. i believe God gives us talents for a reason, now just trying to find my place...

Funky Feathers!

Just started making more of these feather clip-ins. They are a very cute alternative to the extension kind, especially if you get your hair done at the salon once a month. You can easily take this out on your own:) We are still planning on having a Sola Jewelry party but my party planning buddy is getting married...yay!!! It will happen though! It's all in HIS perfect timing anyway. Sola had a booth at ARTventure a few months ago but besides that just been spending time with the family. I have a few custom orders that I'm working on and just enjoying creating things besides jewelry. I started making these really cute fabric banners for my daughters room and to hang around the home:) Thinking of putting them up on Etsy. It's been awhile since my last post so just wanted to update you a bit. Peace and Grace to you! xo

here is my very first attempt at making a feather extension clip in. it actually looks really cute clipped in my hair. i like the idea of being able to take it out whenever i want instead of those ones that are popular right now. going to get busy making more! blessings to you.

hi-ya! Sola has been asked to do another boutique show, soo excited!! i guess the launch party is getting put off once again...sorry for those who are looking forward to it. you can come see me April 16th though. i have a few new things that i have been working on and can't wait to showcase them!! the boutique show is going to be showcasing so many talented ladies and there will be fun stuff for the kids to, you won't want to miss this. feeling so thankful to God for even the small things. HE always knows how to provide in times of need. staying faithful and staying true. following HIS will is the only way...
